Our System

OneSolutions maintains its production servers on completely redundant systems. Each mission critical server exists on a “failover cluster,” which immediately starts an alternate image of a troubled server. In the unlikely event that the entire cluster becomes involved in a service issue, a “replica” of each server is created every 15 minutes to ensure smooth disaster recovery. These replicas normally can be started and running within 15 minutes. These systems are located in a secure data center located in Beltsville, Maryland. The Beltsville Data Center has 24/7 monitoring and backup power, megawatt generators with uninterruptable power supplies to ensure that our servers and our mission is never compromised. The data center has a commitment to us of 99.99% uptime.

Each morning before regular business hours, a member of our IT staff audits our system to ensure our servers are running at optimal condition, each customer is properly connected to our servers, and that there are no systemic customer outages.

In addition, we constantly monitor our system using a state-of-the-art network monitoring tool that provides a system alert to our staff in the event of an outage or system alarm, even during hours that our support staff is offline.

Our Services​

We maintain a turnkey system for you. Through a series of virtual private network connections (VPNs), your network is attached to our larger network. This topology enables us to monitor your network in real time, manage your backups, and restore your data in case of a catastrophic event on your network.

Our telephone service is based on the Session Initiated Protocol (“SIP”) voice of over IP (“VoIP”). The telephone switch is located and maintained at our data center to ensure the telephone system is always available. In the event of an internet outage (we do not provide your “bandwidth”) at your premises, our telephone server continues to answer your calls and process messages through voice mail. If it appears that your internet service provider cannot timely restore your service, we can forward calls to cell phones or other locations to ensure continuity of your business.

In addition to telephone and support service, we provide web hosting for your web site, and our staff will work with you to design a web site presence for you.

Our Support

Our trained telephone support staff is available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. seven days a week. Our service level commitment to you is that we will respond to a service request within one (1) hour and will resolve any outage within one (1) business day . Typically, the restoration of service is accomplished in far less time.

Depending on your service package, we also offer local “hands-on” service on separate terms and conditions.
